Specialized Admissions for First Responders and Veterans

Clear Life Recovery now accepts clients exclusively through its specialized First Responder and Veteran program, Unified Wellness Center by Clear Life Recovery.

Our admissions team works with clients, families, peer-support representatives, departments, unions, healthcare professionals, commercial insurance carriers, Workers’ Compensation representatives and other authorized referral sources to help coordinate access to care.

Because coverage, authorization and referral requirements differ between payers and benefit systems, our team reviews each case individually and assists in identifying the appropriate admissions and authorization pathway.

Access & Referral Pathways

Workers’ Compensation: Unified Wellness Center by Clear Life Recovery accepts Workers’ Compensation claims/cases for First Responders when treatment is clinically appropriate. Our team works with injured workers, departments, peer-support representatives, claims administrators, adjusters, TPAs, utilization review entities and other authorized parties to coordinate referral, authorization and treatment access.

Veterans / VA Referrals: Veterans may access services with a referral letter from a VA physician. Our admissions team can work with the Veteran and referring VA provider to review the referral, clinical needs and any additional authorization or administrative requirements before admission.

Because requirements vary by claim, payer and referral source, acceptance of a Workers’ Compensation claim or VA referral remains subject to clinical appropriateness, required authorization and completion of the applicable admissions process.

Organizational Identification

For administrative purposes, referral sources and payers may encounter either the Clear Life Recovery or Unified Wellness Center name.

Both are DBAs of KKB Health Solutions LLC.

Unified Wellness Center is the specialized First Responder and Veteran program identity, while Clear Life Recovery may continue to appear on certain licensing, accreditation, payer, credentialing, contracting, claims, billing and administrative documentation.

The use of the Clear Life Recovery name on an administrative document does not indicate a different treatment organization or a general-population program.

Clients admitted to our current clinical services are receiving specialized First Responder or Veteran programming through Unified Wellness Center by Clear Life Recovery.
